What you will do
- Manage sales prospecting through targeted lists, sales calls, and client meetings.
- Drive business development for Professional and Premier Services solutions.
- Program manage the customer journey from lead generation to service onboarding.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to acquire, retain, and grow new and existing accounts.
- Conduct internal and external service reviews and provide proactive operational recommendations.
- Perform customer demonstrations and pre-sales presentations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- 10-12 years of experience in networking, specifically in services sales engineering, pre-sales, or delivery.
- Business fluency in English and Japanese.
- Proven track record in competitive sales environments and managing complex service solutions.
- BS/BA/Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to travel as an essential component of the role.
Nice to have
- ITIL Certification.
- Experience in SAAS business.
- Industry domain expertise in Enterprise, Education, Airports, Hospitals, or Manufacturing.
