What you will do
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to fill coverage gaps.
- Develop and implement partner account plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Deliver high-impact presentations to articulate differentiators.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify demand generation activities.
- Manage partner relationships, including onboarding, training, and addressing objections.
- Maintain accurate account data and pipeline forecasts in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan and available for frequent in-person meetings.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in Audio or Video Post-Production or Enterprise Broadcast markets.
- Business level English for internal communication.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience in channel network management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and establish shared goals with partners.
