What you will do

• Lead high-impact client engagements, managing internal teams and contractors to ensure top satisfaction ratings.
• Develop and execute strategies for regulatory change and risk management within defined budgets and timeframes.
• Build internal IP and subject matter expertise in regulatory and risk themes to be recognized as a market expert.
• Analyze current client organizational states, develop strategic proposals, and implement resource-optimizing solutions.
• Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to resolve complex organizational problems for clients.
• Drive business development and maintain long-term executive-level relationships across the industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience in Compliance, Regulation, or Risk (including experience with the FCA).
• Significant professional background within blue-chip Financial Services, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers.
• Proven experience leading project and in-house teams through regulatory change and risk initiatives.
• Deep understanding of market trends and the impact of current and future regulations on Asset/Wealth Management.
• Business fluency in English and a willingness to travel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in senior stakeholder management, business development, and client account management.
