What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the incubator and laboratory spaces.
• Manage member recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain high occupancy.
• Coordinate networking events, workshops, and community-building activities for members.
• Support financial processes including budget tracking, invoicing, and contract administration.
• Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with facility requirements.
• Represent the program at regional life sciences and entrepreneurial events.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience in incubator operations, coworking management, or startup ecosystem support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, contract administration, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
