What you will do

  • Own the integrated commercial strategy for GB-0895, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, physician needs, and launch requirements.
  • Develop a multi-year commercialization roadmap covering strategic planning, pre-launch capability building, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Establish and maintain a robust competitive intelligence process for the immunology landscape to inform program strategy.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Technical teams to incorporate commercial insights into development plans and label strategies.
  • Design and implement the commercial operating model, including team structure, processes, and resourcing for future scale-up.
  • Lead market landscape assessments, segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and access strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including significant time within a smaller biotechnology company.
  • Deep expertise in immunology commercialization and a strong understanding of the treatment landscape.
  • Proven track record of shaping commercial strategy for development-stage or early-launch assets.
  • Experience leading major cross-functional initiatives across commercial, clinical, regulatory, and finance stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills in market assessment and executive communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
