What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, major loss, and complex property claims.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality outcomes meeting demanding service standards.
• Produce clear, insightful, and technically robust reports and correspondence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Participate in a 1-in-3 on-call rota for out-of-hours support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to cover the South East and Home Counties.
• Proven experience in a loss adjusting role, specifically with High Net Worth and major losses.
• Progress toward or completion of ACILA, FCILA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full, clean driving licence required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible mindset.
