What you will do

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to address challenges in sales, service, marketing, and product domains.
• Support the design of solution architectures to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to the implementation of client technology platforms including CRM, CLM, CDP, and CMS.
• Translate business requirements into practical, implementable technology solutions.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices within the Client & Digital practice.
• Work alongside experienced architects and consultants on diverse client engagements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience within Financial Services, specifically Asset or Wealth Management.
• Proven exposure to the design or implementation of technology solutions in client-facing domains.
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements to shape practical solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to project delivery within cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in solution architecture, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of marketing and digital experience tools like Adobe Experience Cloud or HubSpot.
• Exposure to AI and automation tools including Salesforce Agentforce or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
