Digital Solutions Lead (Power Platform)

Location: Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site

Salary: Up to £85,000 per year plus benefits

What you will do

• Develop and deliver the organisation's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Digital Team while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Drive automation and process improvement with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code technologies.
• Oversee transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, organisational change, suppliers and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation, business change or technology improvement programmes.
• Experience managing digital, technical or business systems teams and delivering complex projects through implementation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Azure services, business analysis, process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methods, business cases, benefits realisation and ROI measurement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from operational teams through board level and manage third-party suppliers.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Fabric certifications.
• Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, Business Analysis or Change Management qualifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or wider AI technologies.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering or construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, information governance and cyber security best practice.
