What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals on solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Review and optimize solutions, document architectures, and support pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and configuring the hirify.global platform.
• Expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Experience designing scalable technical solutions and managing complex implementations.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
• Background in change management and organizational transformation.
