What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, including coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Define and drive product strategy for healthcare data platforms supporting federal quality reporting and secure data exchange.
• Partner with engineering, design, policy, and stakeholders to translate regulatory and user needs into scalable product solutions.
• Establish product best practices, agile ways of working, and continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.
• Guide prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous, highly regulated environments while balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Support organizational growth through hiring, mentoring, and developing product talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional agile environments, ideally in public sector, professional services, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing product professionals (performance management and career growth).
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience in complex, consulting-style or client-facing environments.
• Deep expertise in product operations, agile frameworks, requirements definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical, business, and policy stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, mission-driven environments with a servant leadership mindset.
