What you will do
- Shape and refine the end-to-end product narrative across clinical trials and Expanded Access to differentiate from legacy platforms.
- Translate physician workflows and trial site needs into scalable messaging frameworks to increase engagement.
- Act as the voice of the market by synthesizing insights from sites and sponsors for the Product team.
- Develop product-native enablement assets, including narratives, workflow diagrams, and value frameworks.
- Lead product readiness and ensure internal alignment on messaging for new feature launches.
Requirements
- Deep, proven experience within the BioPharma, Clinical Trials, or Expanded Access (EAP) ecosystem.
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy within HealthTech or digital health.
- Exceptional structured thinking and ability to map complex product capabilities to user outcomes.
- Must reside within the EST time zones.
- Experience navigating 0-to-1 environments and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Medical teams.
