What you will do

• Translate business needs into structured analytical tools, models, and scalable resources for cross-functional team use.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial and operational models to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the end-to-end design, deployment, and reporting of survey programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to define research strategies and align outputs with broader business objectives.
• Create dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and usability of internal data and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, research, consulting, or project-based roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including building complex models and dashboards.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, scalable analytical solutions.
• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics for design and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to prioritize needs and define project objectives.
