What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on post-acute provider contracts and payment provisions.
• Conduct provider landscape surveys and perform geo-access and capacity modeling.
• Lead the implementation and program management of value-based reimbursement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and provider contracting.
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to less experienced team members.
• Oversee the maintenance of provider participant lists and audit records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or 6 years of progressive experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Contract Management, or Network Development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in business analysis and economic modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage complex projects.
