What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalability improvements for service delivery.
• Develop workforce planning and forecasting models to align capacity with demand, monitoring utilization and productivity.
• Partner with Growth/RevOps to define GTM processes and build dashboards connecting commercial performance to operational capacity.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL to track KPIs such as efficiency, coverage, and turnaround time.
• Create scalable reports in Power BI and automate advanced analyses using Python.
• Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (Finance, Analytics, Economics, Math/Stats) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role focusing on operations, capacity planning, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.

• Experience within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
