Client Consulting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

Salary: €59,500–€97,750 per year, potentially including sales incentive payments; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Support experienced consultants in delivering strategic consulting services to hirify.global clients.
• Analyze client data, identify preliminary trends, and assess data quality with guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to develop insights for the payments industry.
• Adapt presentation templates to create client-specific materials and communicate key messages.
• Support advisory solutions covering business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives for Commercial Payments and hirify.global Direct across Europe.

Requirements

• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to break down problem statements into distinct analytical components.
• Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis with guidance and use data to support decisions.
• Strong collaboration, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, digital payments, or payment processing.
• Interest in advanced analytics tools such as SAS, R, or Tableau.
• Interest in payments, financial institutions, or consumer lending.
• German language skills.
