Lead Consultant, Front Office (Investment Management)

Location: New York, NY; San Ramon, CA; Reno, NV; or remote within the United States.

Cash compensation: $143,000–$179,000 OTE annually.

What you will do

• Own front-office implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live.
• Configure hirify.global tenants and translate client workflows into system setup and client-facing education.
• Partner with sales and delivery on pipeline projects, including smaller quick-turnaround engagements.
• Troubleshoot time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare and escalate when appropriate.
• Relay client feedback constructively to the product team and share project learnings with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations.
• Background in buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementation environments.
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort learning new client workflows and evolving products.
• Ability to balance independent ownership with proactive team communication.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to act professionally on direct feedback.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote arrangement or work from one of the listed U.S. locations.
