TL;DR
Lead Business Consultant - Implementation (FinTech): Leading SimCorp implementation projects for investment managers, asset owners, insurers, and banks with an accent on business-process modelling, solution configuration, and front-to-back investment management workflows. Focus on connecting specialized platform modules, advising financial clients, mentoring consultants, and working with instruments ranging from equities and fixed income to OTC derivatives and private-market assets.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with two office days per week

What you will do
- Lead major parts of SimCorp implementation projects in a chosen investment-management specialization.
- Design and configure solutions across multiple modules and project streams.
- Advise asset managers, asset owners, insurers, and banks on business processes and target outcomes.
- Connect specialized areas to the wider front-to-back platform and improve implementation standards.
- Contribute to sales processes, product development, and new business opportunities.
- Mentor less experienced consultants and share knowledge internationally.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field.
- Experience as an analyst or implementation consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks, or consulting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of investment-management business processes.
- Strong communication, consulting, commercial-awareness, customer-orientation, and quality skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Readiness to travel.
Nice to have
- FRM, CFA, CIPM, or another relevant certification.
- Experience with investment accounting, IBOR, investment operations, data management, portfolio management, trading, compliance, performance, risk, alternative investments, or instrument valuation.
