Real Assets Solutions Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Based in the Paris office; travel to client locations across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg may be required.

Salary: €65,000–€70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage relationships across the France and BeLux client base and implement strategic plans for client retention.
• Advise clients on hirify.global products, real estate trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage, engage new users, and support upselling and cross-product selling.
• Communicate product road maps, gather client feedback, and coordinate responses to client requests with internal teams.
• Respond to detailed questions about methodologies and analysis, and deliver advanced client training, workshops, seminars, and webinars.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required.
• Experience in real estate research or strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, or work for an asset owner, asset manager, listed real estate company, or real estate consultant.
• Understanding of the global real estate investment industry, financial markets, and investment processes.
• Experience with investment opportunities, investment strategies, portfolio reviews, asset budgets, or communication with portfolio managers, investment committees, or investors.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, time-management, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong team skills and emotional maturity.

Nice to have

• BA or MA in real estate, finance, or economics.
• Additional language skills.
