Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Establish and maintain operational readiness frameworks for existing products and releases.
• Define and enforce readiness criteria to ensure offerings are implementable and scalable.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for third-party partners to ensure operational alignment.
• Translate product enhancements into clear operational plans, workflows, and delivery models.
• Establish structured customer feedback loops via Product Advisory Councils to inform operational planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Organizational Readiness, or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel 10-25% of the time.

• Experience in the Clinical Trial industry.
