What you will do

• Lead post-launch product relationships with health-system partners, including roadmap reviews and joint venture discussions.
• Translate complex clinic needs across patient and provider experiences into scalable product priorities.
• Manage the launch of repeatable product capabilities and clinic enhancements using established playbooks.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Product Ops on technical implementations, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Define and maintain the enterprise product roadmap, ensuring alignment between partner needs and internal engineering goals.
• Communicate product updates and strategic goals to health-system executives and medical directors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY
• 5+ years of experience in product management, enterprise product, or client-facing product roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders across external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Technical depth to understand APIs, integrations, platform constraints, and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience working with healthcare workflows, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.
• Strong ability to synthesize partner requests into scalable product requirements.

• Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, or working directly with health systems.
