Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office, with a potential transition to 3 days in office after 6 months.

What you will do

• Manage property marketing projects and workflows for high-producing leasing teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for broker listings, including budget development.
• Lead the design of digital and print deliverables such as websites, brochures, and signage.
• Translate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into actionable marketing solutions.
• Support business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and introductory materials.
• Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
• Experience with proptech tools such as Buildout and ActiveCampaign.
