TL;DR
Manager, Marketing & Communications (Real Estate): Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial property listings with an accent on creative collateral design, campaign management, and stakeholder communication. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office, with a potential transition to 3 days in office after 6 months.

What you will do
- Manage property marketing projects and workflows for high-producing leasing teams.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for broker listings, including budget development.
- Lead the design of digital and print deliverables such as websites, brochures, and signage.
- Translate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into actionable marketing solutions.
- Support business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and introductory materials.
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment.
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Experience with proptech tools such as Buildout and ActiveCampaign.
