What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and positioning plans for commercial properties.
- Design marketing packages, brochures, presentations, and digital advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage content across various commercial real estate and social media platforms.
- Assist in project management of marketing technologies including virtual tours and web analytics.
- Collaborate with national marketing teams to collect information for press releases.
- Facilitate and project manage client and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher).
Nice to have
- 2+ years of commercial real estate industry experience.
- Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing.
