• Lead and mentor a team of specialists while remaining hands-on with high-priority projects.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to launch campaigns and new features.
• Optimize the customer lifecycle to convert free users to paid and increase revenue per user.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in Real Estate marketing, high-growth B2B SaaS, or Real Estate Tech.
