What you will do

• Oversee and support consultants, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Supervise quality of revenue procedures and waterfall analytics, particularly for M&A engagements.
• Develop frameworks, assets, and thought leadership to enhance service line knowledge.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with client proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with executive presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant analytical tools.
• Ability to travel for business opportunities as required.
