Location: Remote (US) or Washington DC
Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead business development efforts (approximately 75% of the role) to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Oversee the delivery of strategic projects focused on patient-centric HEOR, quality of care measures, and value-based care.
- Act as Project Lead or Executive Sponsor for RWE generation and strategic plans.
- Manage multiple client deliverables and present research results to diverse stakeholders.
- Execute project management tasks including writing RFPs, vendor selection, and budget oversight.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to colleagues across the Evidence and Strategy practice.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Advanced degree (Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, MBA) with 8-10 years of experience, or an undergraduate degree with 12+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience with a track record of developing staff.
- Extensive consulting experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or digital health clients.
- Proven expertise in conducting and leading healthcare research studies and RWE trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional storytelling and communication skills.
