What you will do

• Lead business development efforts (approximately 75% of the role) to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the delivery of strategic projects focused on patient-centric HEOR, quality of care measures, and value-based care.
• Act as Project Lead or Executive Sponsor for RWE generation and strategic plans.
• Manage multiple client deliverables and present research results to diverse stakeholders.
• Execute project management tasks including writing RFPs, vendor selection, and budget oversight.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to colleagues across the Evidence and Strategy practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Advanced degree (Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, MBA) with 8-10 years of experience, or an undergraduate degree with 12+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience with a track record of developing staff.
• Extensive consulting experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or digital health clients.
• Proven expertise in conducting and leading healthcare research studies and RWE trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional storytelling and communication skills.
