What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Companies, LTACH, IPR, and Hospitals.
• Lead the strategic implementation of key initiatives regarding vendor engagement and post-acute clinical transformation.
• Facilitate meetings with Executives in the Post-Acute Space to assess trends, analyze root causes, and determine corrective actions.
• Provide best-in-class training and education services to key accounts and partners to expand tool adoption.
• Lead short and medium-term projects, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and technology.
• Perform analysis as an individual contributor or team leader to deliver customer-focused work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Accounting (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in or around Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas to allow for onsite hospital visits.
• 7+ years of progressive management or industry leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, specifically within managed healthcare.
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, or Consulting.
• Proven experience in the Health Insurance Industry.
