What you will do

• Lead individual workstreams within strategy and value creation projects, including market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data sets to develop actionable insights.
• Support hypothesis development and contribute to client deliverables with clear storylines.
• Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Engage directly with clients and expert networks to gather market intelligence.
• Contribute to internal knowledge and business development efforts, including proposals.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment with tight deadlines.
• Interest in financial services, with prior exposure to asset and wealth management being a plus.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
