What you will do

  • Manage a mixed caseload of EL/PL multi-track claims typically valued between £25k and £100k.
  • Assess and advise on liability and quantum to devise optimal resolution strategies.
  • Draft legal pleadings, including Defences and witness evidence.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences in person or via telephone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and insurers.
  • Utilize the Case Management System to track files from receipt to closure.

Requirements

  • Must have EL/PL multi track file handling experience.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills for telephone and court environments.
  • Excellent written communication for preparing succinct and concise reports.
  • High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure.
