What you will do

• Oversee and support consulting teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and foster strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Interpret complex data to draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Supervise revenue procedures and waterfall analytics specifically for M&A engagements.
• Develop service line frameworks, assets, and presentation materials for client proposals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience and 8+ years in the healthcare industry.
• CPA certification is required for M&A Transformation team members.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Deep technical expertise in identified areas of specialization.
