What you will do

• Support the execution of in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic oncology partners.
• Provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and provider organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for select strategic accounts.
• Track, manage, and report on key initiatives, timelines, and partnership outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, growth, and product teams to scale programs.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience working with external partners.
• Understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systems.
• Must be based in the US with a willingness to travel periodically to TX, TN, and FL.

• Experience working directly with oncology practices or health systems.
• Exposure to population health or payer-provider collaborations.
• Comfort working in both strategic and execution-oriented roles.
