What you will do

• Lead the insurance renewal process and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal risk retention.
• Collect and analyze COPE data to support reporting and insurance requirements.
• Manage claims by coordinating with carriers and third-party administrators.
• Review contracts for risk transfer and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Develop and deliver training to build organizational risk competency.
• Prepare financial reports including loss bordereaus and carrier cost allocations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in risk management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management terminology, legal documents, and insurance applications.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

Nice to have

• CRMP, ARM, or CPCU designation.
