Salary: $104,480 – $159,610 (plus incentive)

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and underwrite new and renewal property risks to ensure profitability.
• Manage an existing renewal book and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with regional managers and product leaders on account strategy and producer relations.
• Utilize underwriting tools to determine accurate classifications, rates, and premium charges.
• Mentor and promote the growth of less experienced underwriters.
• Monitor competitor forms and pricing to effectively market products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of current property underwriting expertise.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and progression in underwriting roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to travel 20% within the Central Region of the US.
