What you will do

• Analyze financial data and industry trends to forecast risk and profitability for insurance accounts.
• Develop and recommend rates for new business based on historical client data and market conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CPI rules, rates, and forms to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business development and client engagement teams to build quotes and create option forms.
• Review and maintain records of commissions and provide training assistance on product knowledge.
• Prepare management reports and support special projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in underwriting, finance, accounting, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and make accurate, independent underwriting decisions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
