What you will do

• Partner with clients to configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeping, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting.
• Develop, maintain, and implement WFM solutions to solve specific business problems.
• Use system analysis techniques to determine software and system functional specifications with users and executives.
• Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM systems based on design specifications.
• Mentor WFM Consultant teammates and delegate solutioning as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities and maintain client workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS consulting experience.
• Expertise in UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling configuration.
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling certifications.
