Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Provide HR consultation to a specific market, serving as the main point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Navigate complex Employee Relations matters, including conducting investigations and managing difficult conversations.
  • Guide and train managers on federal and state legal compliance, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
  • Collaborate with HR Directors to develop talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Manage HR projects and support cyclical processes like performance management and compensation planning.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of Human Resources-related experience.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience mentoring junior HRBPs.
  • Understanding of business operations and financial performance.
