What you will do

• Partner with leaders and employees to develop talent strategies that support product growth and innovation.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership to enable employees to accomplish professional and organizational goals.
• Drive continuous development and create a culture of feedback to grow top talent and future leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to attract and secure top talent for the business.
• Proactively mitigate risk to the organization by addressing employee relations matters in a timely manner.
• Lead special projects and champion continuous improvement to identify organizational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, HR generalist, or in a labor relations role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategy and people initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and application of employment and labor laws.
• Experience administering performance management programs and linking pay to performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing Workday.
• Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR designation.
• Experience supporting Sales, Product, or Content teams.
