What you will do

  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate objectives into practical people plans and workforce modeling.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee development.
  • Manage performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Handle employee relations matters with discretion and support hirify.global’s remote-first culture.
  • Support the rollout of core people programs, HRIS tools, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, and hiring manager preparation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or strategic advisor role.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and use people analytics for decision-making.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with Rippling and Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries.
  • Exposure to globally distributed teams (EMEA, LATAM).
  • Background in compensation benchmarking or Total Rewards support.
