Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience required.
• Experience in supporting sales or go-to-market teams preferred.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.
