What you will do
- Provide exceptional support through email and phone for Group Orders and Passport product lines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time order issues, concerns, and escalations.
- Guide clients and restaurant partners through platform processes and operations.
- Follow established workflows to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve product experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, success, operations, hospitality, or fintech.
- Excellent professional communication skills (written, verbal, and phone).
- Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Available to work 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM ET on weekdays.
