What you will do

• Conduct initial case reviews, triage, and assess prospects of recovery.
• Gather evidence, investigate claims, and instruct counsel or experts.
• Draft legal documentation including letters of claim, particulars, and court forms.
• Manage settlement negotiations and engage in ADR processes.
• Represent clients in court and conduct advocacy by telephone or in person.
• Deliver technical training seminars and workshops to insurer clients.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with relevant technical capability.
• 0-3 years of defendant property litigation experience.
• Proven experience in managing a caseload of household and commercial recoveries.
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and pay attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using case management systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
