What you will do

• Manage a case load of litigated motor recovery files and vehicle damage claims.
• Review, assess, and allocate new instructions to the team.
• Negotiate settlements and draft pleadings and other court documents.
• Ensure strict adherence to court deadlines and timetables.
• Liaise with clients, other insurers, third parties, policyholders, and witnesses.
• Supervise other file handlers and their respective case loads.

Requirements

• Experience handling pre and post-litigation recovery files for insurer clients.
• Proven track record in pursuing motor damage claims.
• Strong ability to draft court documents and a deep understanding of legal processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze evidence, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT and literacy skills.
