What you will do

• Perform daily banking tasks, including deposits, positive pay file management, and stop payments.
• Reconcile client accounts, manage ledger entries, and ensure accurate bank statement balancing.
• Process incoming mail, including returned checks, refunds, and reimbursement requests.
• Coordinate check distribution and verification processes with internal departments.
• Maintain and update the Pay Department Policy and Procedure manual.
• Handle inquiries from clients and banking institutions regarding account status and transactions.

Requirements

• Must have US work rights
• Must speak English
• High school diploma required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous banking or bank reconciliation experience.
