What you will do

• Support payroll processing, including timesheet review, entry, and employee record updates.
• Manage payroll data for new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Audit timesheets and coordinate with supervisors to correct discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll accounts against reports and verify benefit payroll deductions.
• Execute dollar transfers within the General Ledger between cost centers.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of directly related experience in payroll.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices and general accounting principles.
• Strong mathematical skills for payroll tax and data calculations.
• Advanced PC skills, specifically with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK
