What you will do

• Provide support and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
• Calculate payable hours, commissions, per diems, bonuses, and tax withholdings.
• Assist with payroll audits and maintain policies to ensure processing accuracy and government compliance.
• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure payables and cash are processed correctly.
• Maintain employee payroll records and coordinate data accuracy with the Team Services Manager.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting department.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in a quantitative field (Accounting, Economics, Statistics, etc.) or relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, graphs, and functions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Workday.
• At least 1 year of professional payroll experience.
• Experience with SOX compliance.
• Knowledge of contractual provisions for pilot and flight attendant pay and scheduling.
