What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workiva implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and project risks.
• Translate complex reporting processes and business requirements into scalable Workiva solutions.
• Oversee the configuration of Workiva documents, spreadsheets, reporting workflows, and permissions.
• Manage and mentor consultants and solution architects to ensure project success and accountability.
• Facilitate client workshops, status calls, and steering committee updates to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, financial systems, or enterprise software implementation.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workiva implementation experience.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to translate manual financial reporting processes into automated Workiva solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong client-facing presence.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Workiva certifications in relevant areas.
• Experience with financial, fund, investor, or SEC reporting.
• Background in asset management, real estate, or public company financial services.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and solution demonstrations.
