Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Serve as the Workday subject matter expert across all HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent, and Payroll.
• Design and maintain the overall Workday architecture, roadmap, and governance procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end implementations, major upgrades, and feature releases.
• Design and support complex integrations between Workday and external systems like Greenhouse and financial platforms.
• Define and manage role-based security models to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Workday architecture at a mid-sized or large organization.
• Experience debugging Workday integrations utilizing Studio, EIBs, and Report Writer.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including SOC, SOX, GDPR, and FFIEC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications in HCM, Finance, or related modules.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting architecture.
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, and SQL.
• Project management experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
