What you will do
- Lead and mentor consulting, implementation, and support teams within a mature ERP practice.
- Oversee day-to-day client delivery operations, including upgrades, training, and integrated technology solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention strategies across a large, established customer base.
- Partner with executive leadership to optimize delivery methodologies and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and financial reporting for the practice.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including service expansion and the integration of emerging technologies like AI.
Requirements
- 15+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or practice leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in Sage 100; Sage 300 experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing consulting or delivery teams of 10+ individuals.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with merger and acquisition integration or practice consolidation.
- Background in operational scaling and organizational transformation.
