What you will do

• Lead and mentor consulting, implementation, and support teams within a mature ERP practice.
• Oversee day-to-day client delivery operations, including upgrades, training, and integrated technology solutions.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention strategies across a large, established customer base.
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize delivery methodologies and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, and financial reporting for the practice.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including service expansion and the integration of emerging technologies like AI.

Requirements

• 15+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or practice leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Sage 100; Sage 300 experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing consulting or delivery teams of 10+ individuals.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with merger and acquisition integration or practice consolidation.
• Background in operational scaling and organizational transformation.
