Salary: $136,500 – $165,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the Workday functional lead for reporting and people analytics, owning the design and maintenance of the core reporting layer.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable, self-service reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain recurring reports including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, and compensation ratios.
- Manage data transformation by integrating external sources like ATS and engagement survey results for blended reporting.
- Establish data quality monitoring processes and regular audits to ensure accuracy across all people data domains.
- Manage bi-annual Workday releases, testing new functionality and recommending adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.A.
- 3-4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, People Analytics, or HRIS role.
- Hands-on Workday reporting configuration experience including custom reports, BIRT, composite reports, and calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of HR data domains such as headcount, compensation, and talent acquisition.
- Experience with Workday integrations and understanding of data flow between systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present data to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Workday People Analytics.
- Proficiency in BI applications such as Looker or Tableau.
