Salary: $136,500 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the Workday functional lead for reporting and people analytics, owning the design and maintenance of the core reporting layer.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable, self-service reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, and compensation ratios.
  • Manage data transformation by integrating external sources like ATS and engagement survey results for blended reporting.
  • Establish data quality monitoring processes and regular audits to ensure accuracy across all people data domains.
  • Manage bi-annual Workday releases, testing new functionality and recommending adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.A.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, People Analytics, or HRIS role.
  • Hands-on Workday reporting configuration experience including custom reports, BIRT, composite reports, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of HR data domains such as headcount, compensation, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and understanding of data flow between systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present data to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Workday People Analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI applications such as Looker or Tableau.
