What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes, security, notifications, and reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using tools like Workato.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance data integrity.
• Partner with People, Finance, and BizTech teams to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
• Support workforce planning and headcount data flows between Workday and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting).
• Proven experience building Workday integrations using EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, or Studio.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and comfort working with AI-powered tools.
• Must be based in the specified US states.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and workforce planning integrations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby.
• Experience supporting global payroll and EOR integrations (e.g., ADP, Deel).
• Experience implementing AI/ML tools like chatbots or predictive analytics in People Operations.
