What you will do

• Lead and support client UKG WFM projects from design through implementation.
• Configure and support Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, and Healthcare Productivity solutions.
• Develop reporting solutions using BIRT, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Evaluate business needs to provide strategic planning and process optimization.
• Facilitate complex solution design and testing within the WFM space.
• Provide ongoing functional support and advice to a diverse client base.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• At least 4 years of professional experience as a UKG Analytics consultant.
• Direct project experience with UKG Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, and Healthcare Productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of IT concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting solutions utilizing Data Hub such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve project obstacles.
